Unforgettable is a mobile app that arises from the needs of people who want to give gastronomic experiences. There are increasingly booming as a substitute for material gifts. The problem is that the existing platforms offer closed plans that do not adapt to the user's budget, intolerances, etc.
Look for certainties
Users want to be able to customize the experience, but it's paramount that the choice is not a headache. In this individual project, I conducted design research to support decisions with certainty, and included extensive desk research and survey of more than 100 people.
Depending on the type of user, they can directly search for a specific experience through an initial filter on the home page, which caters to location and price, or simply look for inspiration by scrolling down to browse by special categories.
Used to cold and impersonal invitations, with UnforgetTable users can personalize them and add extra sentimental value. A video and a story can be sent to the recipient, who is able to share them on social media, giving visibility to the app; and a personal photo can also be added to the background of the invitation itself in Passbook format.
